I would like to propose a toast, and raise a glass of this appropriately named cocktail to Larry the Pilot, and to everyone past and present, who have piloted Plummer’s Lodges aircraft over the years.

While they often go relatively unnoticed as the guy(s) who simply fly the planes, cheers to each and every one of them, for always getting us to where we needed to be, safe and sound, no matter what obstacles they might encounter along the way.
Ingredients
30ml or 1 oz. each of:
- Canadian Whisky
- Aperol
- Grand Marnier, and
- Fresh lemon juice
Add all of the foregoing to an ice filled cocktail shaker, and shake until well blended.
Strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a small paper plane if you are so inclined and/or happen to have one laying around.
